Apart from various The Co-operative School of Nursing was started in the year of 2005. And the School of Nursing was organized by controlling authority of T.D.C.H. The GNM, a professional course, which is 3 ½ years certificate programme with one year compulsory bond for applying sound professional knowledge and getting clinical experience in the same field. The GNM course is affiliated to the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and recognized by Kerala Nurses and Midwifery Council (KNC).

Presently, our school of Nursing of TDCH is one of the best institutions of nursing education in the state with an annual intake of 25 students, both for boys and girls. Application for the course is issued in the month of July/August and interviews are called forth in the months of September/October. The classes will be commenced during the subsequent months. Minimum eligibility to the course is qualified in +2/VHSC/HSC with science subjects. In the year of 2010 onwards GNM course can be studied by the candidate who has completed plus two any group or any other equivalent course.

The school of nursing functioning in an organized pattern with an efficient number of faculty members. We give financial aid to carry on their studies. Students are privileged to obtain the best clinical experience from our own 250 bedded hospital with specialties available.

The school of nursing is following strict rules and regulation for both the students and faculties, for its smooth functioning. The students must stay in our hostel compulsory. We have our own mini bus for transportation facilities regarding the course by the concerned authority as per the rule of INC and KNC. These prominent features will help each and every student to attain and maintain professional dignity throughout their educational programme
